DELIVERY FAQ'S

How long does delivery take?

Please note that delays can occur and therefore is not guaranteed. 

All UK orders are dispatched between 1-2 working days with tracked 24 hour delivery. Please understand that delays can occur and are out of our control. 

As our service is tracked and we can see when the parcel was delivered. Any parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour we are unable to accept responsibility if the parcel is stolen and therefore will not send a replacement. 

I am missing items from my order, what do I do?

Please contact us detailing your order, images and what was missing. We will them check over our cameras within the packing area to confirm that the item was missed. 

My order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?

In the event your parcel does go missing or gets lost in transit please contact us. We will then raise a claim with Royal Mail which can take 10 working days until we are notified with a conclusion however we will ensure you are kept up to date.

Do I pay customs on my order?

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the below-mentioned delivery estimates. If your order is subject to customs clearance please be aware that you may be liable to pay a fee to cover this charge which is out of our control. This is a local procedure, which varies from country to country, and unfortunately out of our control. For more information we suggest you get in touch with your local customs office so you will be aware if there are any unexpected charges for you to pay.

Dispute Delivery

If we suspect fraudulent activity, including circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders being placed but not received we reserve the rights to withhold refunds and block your account from placing orders in the future. If this happens to you and you feel we have made a mistake please contact us. If you wish to dispute your delivery you have 5 working days from the day of delivery. We reserve the right to request evidence before issuing a refund of the price paid and delivery cost. If Royal Mail confirm that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, no further action will be taken and the case will be closed.

ORDER FAQ'S

Where is my order?

Our next day delivery is not guaranteed and your order may experience delays which are out of our control. We advise our customers to check their tracking or contact royal mail for further information. Shipping charges are unable to be refunded when delays occur as the price charged for delivery is the price we are charged for sending the parcel.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once you place an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact us.

What if my order is lost? 

For all lost and misdelivered orders, please contact us via email informing us of all order information. We will then raise an investigation which can take up to 10 working days for an outcome however we will keep you up to date in the mean time whenever we are informed about the investigation. Unti we have an outcome we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please contact us with images of how it was received, and we will provide you with a resolution on what we can do.
